On-Site Training - During project implementation, Tech-Assist professional services personnel provide on-site administrator and end-user training to ensure your personnel are completely trained in the administration and use of the system.
In-House Certification Training - After project implementation, Tech-Assist offers the eSOMS Certified System Engineer certification program to ensure that your key personnel can provide a first line of support to your site personnel.
Tech-Assist provides training geared specifically to the needs of eSOMS Administrators (SA) - the eSOMS Certified System Engineer (eSCSE) certification program. The eSCSE certification program is intended to provide SA's with a way to gain detailed knowledge of the inner workings of eSOMS modules, to develop implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and recovery skills first hand, and to review the Best Practices for implementation and management of eSOMS. The classes are intended for individuals who are already familiar with basic eSOMS functions, since the classes are fast-paced and detailed.
The benefit to the SA's organization, in addition to having a highly qualified individual on staff, will be a reduction in the annual support costs with a full-time eSCSE on site. Discounts will also be offered for those organizations sending multiple SA's for certification training.
eSCSE classes are offered one week each month, in Tech-Assist's state-of-the-art training facility in Frederick, Maryland , with a complete certification path available over a quarterly cycle. See below for the latest information on eSCSE class schedules and pricing.
On-site eSCSE training can also be provided by special arrangement.
eSOMS eSCSE Training Information
To become eSCSE certified, candidates must successfully complete the eSCSE Overview class plus at least one additional Module. Students who complete the entire eSCSE Path (Overview plus all available Modules) will receive our special discounted price of only $6,500!

A purchase order, contract, or payment must be received at least ten (10) business days in advance of class in order to confirm student registration. Students will receive a registration letter detailing class(es) enrolled in, nearby hotels, airports, and directions to Tech-Assist. An invoice will be sent to the billing contact. We accept checks, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and company purchase orders. A $25 service fee will be charged for any returned checks and a credit card processing fee of 3% will be charged to all credit card transactions.
Group Discount
A 10% discount applies when three or more individuals from the same organization are enrolled and prepay for the same course together on one contract and/or payment. Payments for all participants must be received at least ten business days prior to the first registered class date.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Course fees are fully refundable up to ten business days before the course date. For cancellations received less than ten days, the course fee may be credited toward future classes. There is a two student minimum for each class; Tech-Assist reserves the right to cancel classes based on inadequate student enrollment.
Guarantee of Satisfaction
If, for any reason, you feel that you require additional time to better understand the course material or want more practice time, you may attend the same course again within one year at no charge. Should the course change, students may be charged a minimal fee for additional materials.
Employer's Guarantee
If your eSCSE certified employee leaves your organization within one year after completing their training, we'll offer free training to another employee!
