An overview of Tech-Assist's annual maintenance contracts for eSOMS.

Annual maintenance contracts for eSOMS are available and as with the eSOMS licensing structure, is purchased on a site/server basis with discounts for additional sites/servers.

The eSOMS Annual Maintenance Contract is provided free-of-charge for the first year, but an additional year can be purchased in advance to lock in current rates. The contract includes the following:

  • Unlimited live telephone technical support
  • 24 x 7 x 365 public and private internet e-mail / web / ftp / list-server access
  • Notification of software errors and access to patches
  • Secondary level (e.g. eSOMS v3.xx) upgrades and enhancements
  • Membership in the eSOMS User Group
