Tech-Assist provides eSOMS users access to our FTP server to ensure that your system is up-to-date with all the latest programs and documentation.
eSOMS users will receive a unique username and password which will be required for access to the FTP support server.

FTP Server Contents
Common Folder
Contains general product information, demo's, etc.
Application Folder
Contains program files and documentation for download, including both production and BETA releases. Access is based on your current license status of each module.
Client Folder
These are private folders which contain files that are specific to each client.
